MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT

TEN GRAND™ is committed to conducting business in a manner that respects human rights and upholds the dignity of every individual involved in our operations and supply chains. We oppose all forms of modern slavery, including forced labour, bonded labour, child labour, human trafficking, and any form of servitude. This Modern Slavery Policy sets out our approach to identifying, preventing, and addressing risks of modern slavery in our business and in the organisations with which we work.We recognise that modern slavery is a complex global issue that can occur in any country, sector, or supply chain. As a brand operating within the global fashion and creative industries, we understand that certain stages of production and sourcing may present heightened risk. TEN GRAND™ is committed to assessing and managing these risks proactively, to working with partners who share our standards, and to continually improving our practices over time.

This policy applies to TEN GRAND™ and all subsidiaries, as well as to all employees, officers, and contractors engaged by the company. We also expect our suppliers, agents, and other third parties who act on our behalf or provide goods and services to TEN GRAND™ to uphold standards consistent with this policy. Responsibility for implementing this policy rests with the senior leadership of TEN GRAND™, supported by relevant functional teams such as procurement, operations, and people and culture.Managers are responsible for ensuring that their teams understand and comply with this policy, and for integrating modern slavery risk considerations into day-to-day decision-making, particularly in relation to sourcing and supplier engagement. All employees share responsibility for raising concerns if they see or suspect practices that may be inconsistent with our commitments under this policy.

Modern slavery risk management is part of TEN GRAND™’s broader governance, risk, and compliance framework. Our commitments are aligned with internationally recognised standards and principles relating to human rights and labour, as reflected in relevant local laws and regulations where we operate. We do not tolerate modern slavery in any part of our own business and we will not knowingly work with any organisation that engages in such practices.Where required by law, TEN GRAND™ will publish periodic modern slavery statements outlining the steps we have taken to identify and address modern slavery risks during the relevant reporting period. These statements may be approved at an appropriate senior level in accordance with applicable statutory requirements.

TEN GRAND™ seeks to identify and assess areas of potential modern slavery risk within our operations and supply chains. This may include reviewing the nature of the goods and services we procure, the geographic locations where production and sourcing occur, the types of labour used, and the structure and complexity of our supplier relationships. We recognise that lower tiers of the supply chain can be more difficult to monitor and may present greater risk.We aim to integrate modern slavery considerations into our supplier due diligence processes, including onboarding and periodic review. Where appropriate, we may request information from suppliers on their labour practices, policies, and controls; review relevant certifications or audit reports; and assess suppliers against our own standards. We may prioritise enhanced due diligence in higher-risk categories, geographies, or business relationships.

We encourage employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report any concerns or suspicions related to modern slavery or human rights abuses connected with our business or supply chains. Concerns may be raised through line managers, designated contacts, or any other reporting channels communicated by the company. We will handle reports sensitively and, where possible, confidentially, and we will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.Where modern slavery-related concerns are identified, TEN GRAND™ will seek to respond promptly and appropriately. This may involve engaging with the supplier or party in question, conducting further investigation, working collaboratively to implement corrective actions, or, where necessary, reviewing or ending the business relationship. Where individuals are found to have been adversely affected, we will seek, as far as practicable and appropriate, to enable access to remediation in line with our responsibilities and local legal frameworks.

TEN GRAND™ recognises that addressing modern slavery is an ongoing responsibility that requires continuous improvement and collaboration across the value chain. We will periodically review the effectiveness of our policies, processes, and controls, taking into account feedback from stakeholders, developments in best practice, and changes in our risk profile. Where appropriate, we may update this policy and related procedures to strengthen our approach. We may also explore opportunities to work with industry peers, expert organisations, and other stakeholders to enhance transparency, share learning, and contribute to broader efforts to reduce the risk of modern slavery in our sector. This Global Modern Slavery Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains appropriate to the nature and scale of TEN GRAND™’s operations and supply chains, and that it reflects current legal requirements and good practice. Any material updates will be approved at an appropriate level and communicated through appropriate channels. All employees are expected to familiarise themselves with the current version of this policy and to act in a manner consistent with its requirements.
